What Is Virtual Staging?

Using the latest 3D rendering technologies, we use a photo of an empty room and add beautiful photo-realistic furniture & accessories. Our virtual staging team will add designer couches, tables, rugs, lamps, artwork, draperies and many other furniture items to make the home look like a million bucks.

You can use Obeo’s professional photographers for your listings, or you can e-mail us your own photos to use for virtual staging.

You probably already know that staged homes typically sell for more money sell faster than vacant real estate. Obeo Virtual Staging is far less expensive than traditional home staging, it’s hassle free and can be easily done to any listing.

The homepage has been completely redesigned to share the most recent Obeo news and give you quick access to the features you use most on our website. We have created a quick 3-minute video that gives you a quick overview of what Obeo is all about. We have added a new menubar at the top of each page and links at the bottom of each page that gives you quick links to all of the sections of our website. New pages have also been added to our website such as our new help center, video training, testimonials page and much more!

To login to your Obeo members area at anytime, simply click on the LOGIN button or the MEMBERS AREA button in the top-right corner of the website. From the members area you can manage any details about your listings, view statistics reports, customize the look of your virtual tours, view your billing history, search our support system for help topics and order new products & services. Be sure to keep your contact information and listing information updated by visiting the members area frequently.

We are excited to announce that we have upgraded Obeo HomeSite this week to display more information about YOU.  All Obeo HomeSite viewers have been updated to now display your company logo, company name, your photo, your name, your title(s) and your contact phone numbers all on the HOME screen of the virtual tour.

Potential buyers have always been able to get your contact information on the CONTACT INFO button or by clicking at the top of the tour.  However, these new changes now put your information front and center as people open the virtual tour. Enjoy!

TIP: We encourage you to always update your Obeo profile with your current contact information and be sure to upload a photo of yourself if you have not done so already. Your contact information is displayed in multiple locations on our website and on the 3rd party websites we syndicate your listings to. Login to your Obeo Members Area today and make sure your information is up to date.

As you can see by the aerial picture above of the San Diego Convention Center, it overlooks the surrounding marina. So we decided to change things up a little this year for the NAR convention and secure a yacht just steps away from the convention floor and most of the area hotels.
